Configure return policies, reasons, and automation rules

Return Reasons

Select which return reasons are available when creating a return request

Custom reasons will be available in future versions

Photo Evidence Requirements

Configure photo requirements for each return reason

Core Return

Supported formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC. Max file size: 10MB

Return Window

Set the time period during which customers can initiate returns via self-service

after delivery
This applies only to self-service returns. Admins can process returns at any time.

Return Fees

Configure shipping and restocking fees for returns

% of item price

Set to 0 to disable restocking fee

Self-Served Returns

Allow customers to initiate returns from their account

When enabled, customers can request returns directly from their account without contacting support.

Customers can only request returns for orders with these statuses
